Shipping & Delivery
All our shipping and delivery is carried out by Couriers Please.  Other courier facilities can be requested on buyers request and at buyers expense. The option for pickup is also available if required.  The DPW team will be in contact with you about your selected delivery and shipping method on placing the order.  Orders will be shipped next day from receiving the funds of the order.
Privacy & Security
DPW will never sell any of your information or give it away to anyone.  The security of your account details are held within our site and our site alone.  We do not keep any credit card information or peronsal information that you dont want to supply.  If you are interested in the the platform that supplies this site, it is Magento and will be kept upto a supported version state.
Returns & Replacements
If you have any issues with the parts that you order through our site we will happily assist in finding a replacement for these within 31 days from purchase.  Please note that as these items are wear and tear items, any missuse / roughness will not be acceptable for replacement.
Ordering
Ordering is done all through the website, feel free to email the team before placing the order if you have any questions about the product.  
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
From time to time the DPW group may run promotions across their website, be sure to sign up to the newsletter to be advised of any new products, promotions or price changes to existing products.  Payment is to be done via direct deposit prior to the order being sent.  We are unable to provide credit card payments.  For pick up orders, the option for payment in cash when picking up the item is accepted however will not secure you an item.  First in best dressed policy. 
Viewing Orders
All orders can be viewed through the website portal with a registered account and also with email updates.  Be sure to be registered to get this feature.  For all Guests who purchase through the site without registration, updates will be communicated through email
Updating Account Information
If your account information is not upto date we accept no responsibility for the lack of knowledge on your behalf.  Our system is automated on the email address that you supply.  Its possible due to the nature of the store to be occasionally have messages marked as spam so check your spam filter.  If you have provided incorrect shipping details on your order and the item has left our control, we will try to recover the item for you from FastWays courier but with no promise of success.
